A: Our products accept customization, and we can laser logo, fire logo,
and mark your logo/brand on the packing cartons.
Q2: What is your trade terms?
A: Most of our previous customers choose FOB Qingdao, we also accept CIF if needed.
Q3: Can you provide samples before bulk orders?
A: Yes, we can provide sample. but you need to cover the sample fees and freight.
Sample fees can be refunded in bulk orders.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is 15-20 days after receiving the deposit.
But Specific devlivery time is related to your Order Quantity.
Q5: What is the MOQ?
A: For Trial Order and protect the products during transportation,
we recommend a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one 20GP container.
Q6: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We have strict quality control during the whole production process,
and make 100% test and provide the test report before packing and shipment.

A11: Our factory had been audit by Tendenzza &Foncer &Castel &Sunrise,We cooperate with
Tendenzza & Foncer & sunrise, And for Castel ,cooperation relationship will be proceed to further step soon,
we were audited by their QC team last year.
Q12: Does your product have any international certification, such as CUPCM/CESMEC etc?
A12: All of our products meeting with these standards, but our customers have these certificates by themselves.
Q13: How many % of grade A in one production?
A13: Generally ,70-75 % Grade A in one production.
Q14: How many inspections before packaging?
A14: In factory, Raw material daily testing/casting body inspection/glazed body inspection/ceramics appearance inspection & toilet functions inspection were placed in all of the producing process.
and finally our QC will check all of products before packing and after function test.
Before loading,our QC will make spot checking according to AQL.
