Q1: Can we customize the products and add our logo?

A1: Sure, our products accept customization, and we can laser logo, fire logo,and mark your logo/brand on the packing cartons.  

Q2: What is your trade terms?

A2: Most of our previous customers choose FOB Qingdao, we also accept CIF if needed.

Q3: Can you provide samples before bulk orders?

A3: Yes, we can provide sample. but you need to cover the sample fees and freight. Sample fees can be refunded in bulk orders.

Q4: What is the delivery time?

A4: Generally, the delivery time is 15-20 days after receiving the deposit. But Specific devlivery time is related to your Order Quantity.

A5: For Trial Order and protect the products during transportation, we recommend a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one 20GP container.
